Tradition and family experience since 1955
Pastificio La Lanterna was born from the owners' passion for fresh pasta and good cuisine of the Emilia Romagna tradition. In 1955 Gabriele and Ettorina had little money and a good idea: to bring the traditional flavors of Bologna to the Italian table. They start their activity in a small artisan workshop of just a few square meters, driven by a dream that soon becomes a real company with so much passion and devotion. Today Claudia, Lorenzo and Irene, daughter and grandchildren respectively, with the help of Fiorenzo and Andrea, partner and son, follow up on the dream. Making use of modern and cutting-edge technologies, they still keep intact the artisan characteristics of the past.
The production is aimed at retail, large-scale distribution, catering companies and the HO.RE.CA world, offering fresh egg pasta, filled or simple, green pasta with spinach, nettle and cuttlefish ink, fresh handmade and baked pasta, distributed everywhere in Italy by own means or through specialized couriers for temperature-controlled transport.
