Semi-finished products such as bechamel, ragù and sauces are prepared respecting traditional home recipes. The artisanal production also allows a certain flexibility in the choice of taste, so we can customize the products according to the customer's needs and create different formats able to satisfy different categories of consumers.
Baked pasta requires a first cooking during the preparation phase, then the consumer must finish cooking it in the oven at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes, or in the microwave for 7 minutes.
