Fresh Pasta

Our stuffed pasta includes excellent tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and pumpkin, as well as the typical tortellone Balanzone. The ravioli are produced with meat filling or with ricotta and spinach; recently new ravioli have been added with cheese and pepper filling, mushrooms and truffles, burrata and cherry tomatoes, braised meat and fish.

Among the various types of stuffed egg pasta, the tortellino, a typically Emilian product, undoubtedly stands out. Our production includes different typesof tortellini, depending on the size and combination of raw materials: we therefore have the very small classic tortellino for broth and the “casareccio”, a medium-sized tortellino suitable for dry dishes.
