Fresh Pasta

Our production of egg pasta includes numerous specialties of short pasta and long pasta. The drawn pasta is produced using a mixture of soft wheat flours, durum wheat flours and pasteurized fresh eggs, carefully selected from the best producers. The green puff pastry is obtained by adding a percentage of powdered spinach.

Thanks to the in-depth study of the mixture of ingredients, the high quality raw materials and the use of bronze dies that give the product a rough appearance like that of hand-rolled pasta, we obtain a food similar to the one made by hand in both texture and taste.
