Wide tagliatelle

Tagliatelle are a type of egg pasta typical of Bolognese cuisine, loved and enjoyed throughout Italy. They are part of the tradition of pasta made as it once was: very few ingredients, only flour, semolina and eggs, they can be accompanied by tasty sauces based on meat, fish or vegetables. They are like classic tagliatelle, only a little wider.
