This year's event will be held <strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">from 6 to 9 November<\/span><\/strong> in the pavilions of <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Vicenza Fair<\/strong><\/span>, in four days packed with opportunities for sharing, networking, updates, and inspiration for food producers and distributors, as well as catering equipment and supplies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cosmofood is also an excellent opportunity to develop new commercial networks and engage with a highly targeted audience, thanks to direct contact between distributors and producers in the catering and hospitality sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are many thematic areas in this new edition, each focusing on a particular aspect of Food &amp; Beverage:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">Craft Beer Areas<\/span><\/strong>, dedicated to the meeting between Italian craft beer producers and visiting professionals to explore product characteristics and their most creative uses<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Area Wine &amp; Spirits<\/strong><\/span>, where wine and spirits producers can showcase their products to restaurants, wine shops, wine bars, and other potential buyers<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Digital Area<\/strong><\/span>, with solutions ranging from certification and sourcing of raw materials to the management of public establishments, from orders to payment methods and delivery to the final customer<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">Area Pizza<\/span><\/strong>, with demonstrations and events for operators focusing primarily on: Modern Neapolitan Pizza, Gourmet Roman Slice Pizza, New sweet and savoury focaccias, Gourmet stuffed street food breads, Dessert Burgers<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Coffee Lab<\/strong><\/span>, Half-hour in-depth discussions on the world of coffee with contributions from industry experts and major local coffee roasters<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Gelato Lab<\/strong><\/span>, meetings dedicated to the world of Made in Italy artisanal gelato with the participation of the sector's reference associations.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">Cosmofood Arena<\/span><\/strong>, a benchmark for training, discussion and updates.
