On Friday, 26th September, we celebrated our <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>70 years of history, tradition and innovation<\/strong><\/span> at an exciting event held at <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Mercure Hotel in Bologna<\/strong><\/span>. It was an evening dedicated to reflecting on a long and successful journey and charting the course for future challenges.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all those who made this evening unforgettable: buyers, suppliers, authorities, collaborators, the press and families. You are the true soul of La Lanterna, our greatest asset.<\/p>\n<p>Opening the dances was our CEO, <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Lorenzo Morisi<\/strong><\/span>, who welcomed guests with a message that touched the heart of the company's identity: \u201cWe started as a small artisan workshop... today we are a point of reference for quality fresh pasta.\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>The deep roots of Emilian tradition<\/h3>\n<p>Il Pastificio La Lanterna's roots are in <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>1955<\/strong><\/span>, the year in which <strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">Gabriele and Ettorina<\/span><\/strong> gave the go-ahead for this adventure. The origins, history, and founding values of tradition, artisanal quality, and selection of raw materials were passionately recalled by <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Claudia<\/strong><\/span> Ettorina, highlighting how family has always played a central role in the growth phases.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the company is experiencing a new blossoming with the entry of the third generation: <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Lorenzo<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Irene<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Andrea<\/strong><\/span>. It is a handover that unites respect for the past with a future-oriented vision, recognising that the \u201cgreat Lanterna family\u201d includes not only the ownership but also employees, suppliers, and customers.<\/p>\n<h3>Solid growth and plans for expansion<\/h3>\n<p>The\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">corporate evolution<\/span><\/strong> It has been supported by concrete and ambitious results.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Homer Gallerani<\/strong><\/span> illustrated the growth of the pasta factory, highlighting the leap in turnover <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>from 3.9 M\u20ac to 6.8 M\u20ac over the three-year period 2021-2024<\/strong><\/span>. This expansion took the form of expanding the commercial presence both in Italy, with collaborations with <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>GDO and Ho.Re.Ca.<\/strong><\/span>, and abroad, reaching <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>12 European countries<\/strong><\/span>. A key role in this success is played by the <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Distribution network<\/strong><\/span>, to which the speech by <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Roberto Mandrioli<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovation, territory and social commitment<\/h3>\n<p>The closing of the evening was dedicated to Vision 2025-2026, a bridge to the future driven by innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Omero spoke about the crucial role of the sales network and brand identity as growth levers. Lorenzo then presented the big news, the result of research and creative collaborations:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">Funnels of Ozzano<\/span><\/strong>: Presented by <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Flavia Valentini<\/strong><\/span>, Imbutini are the new format that enhances the territory, being recognised as a De.Co. Product of the Municipality of Bologna.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Pastiz<\/strong><\/span>Born from the collaboration with <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Nicola and Chiara Paiato<\/strong><\/span>, this product represents a true \u201ccontamination between pastry and fresh pasta\u201d, a shortcrust pastry shell with a savoury heart, designed for convenience and taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0061b5;\">La Pasta della Vita<\/span><\/strong>A solidarity project of great importance with <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>A-Rose ODV<\/strong><\/span>. The association illustrated translational research and the crucial link between diet and cancer prevention. We invited everyone to support this cause by purchasing our <span style=\"color: #0061b5;\"><strong>Pumpkin Cappellaci<\/strong><\/span>: nell\u2019ambito di questa iniziativa di cause related marketing corrisponderemo ad A-Rose OdV il 5% del fatturato generato dalla commercializzazione del prodotto. A-Rose OdV impiegher\u00e0 il ricavato per finanziare le attivit\u00e0 di interesse generale dell\u2019associazione.<\/p>\n<p>The event concluded with an invitation to discover new developments in the exhibition areas and with Lorenzo's words, which encapsulate the company's spirit: \u201cThe best is yet to come.
