Our pumpkin cappellacci are made with respect for the Ferrara tradition and with special attention to the quality of the raw ingredients. The pasta is prepared with eggs from free-range hens and the finest Italian flours, while the tasty and balanced filling is made with pure Italian pumpkin.
We don't add preservatives, artificial flavourings or additives: just genuine ingredients, carefully selected and processed with passion.

Since 1955, Pastificio La Lanterna has carried forward a family's passion, which has turned fresh pasta into an art. Today, with the third generation at the helm, the philosophy remains unchanged: to create authentic products, using selected ingredients and processes that combine artisanal tradition with technological innovation.
In the “Pasta of Life” project, La Lanterna dedicates its expertise to a greater purpose: transforming a symbol of gastronomic culture into a concrete act of solidarity. The collaboration with A-ROSE ODV It brings to life a pasta that tells the story of the region, but above all supports oncological research and the hope of many people.

The A-ROSE ODV association
Research and hope in the service of the community
Founded in 2019 by four researchers from the University of Ferrara, A-ROSE ODV Its mission is to support translational cancer research in the Ferrara area, to bring more effective therapies “from the laboratory to real life”. The association finances innovative studies, both in the laboratory and in clinics, with the aim of improving personalised treatments and reducing the impact of the disease. It also promotes awareness of prevention, encourages community involvement, and invites everyone to be part of the change.
