Tortellini casarecci have all the taste of tradition, bringing to mind lunches with grandmother thanks to the classic filling of Bologna mortadella, raw ham, pork and cheese.

Semolina wheat Durum wheat flour wheat soft type 00, Eggs pasteurized (24%, EU origin)

Filling (45%)

Mortadella 18% (Pork, pork tripe, salt, honey, natural flavourings, pepper, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), pork 9% of the total, raw ham 7% of the total (pork, salt), hard CHEESE 6% of the total (MILK, salt, rennet), grated BREAD (flour soft WHEAT type “0”, brewer's yeast, salt), pasteurized EGGS, salt, nutmeg, pepper.

It may contain traces of clams, shellfish, nuts, fish, celery, mustard and soy.
