Our stuffed pasta includes excellent tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and pumpkin, as well as the typical tortellone Balanzone. The ravioli are produced with ricotta and spinach; recently new ravioli have been added with truffles or burrata and cherry tomatoes.
Among the various types of stuffed egg pasta, the tortellino, a typically Emilian product, undoubtedly stands out. Our production includes different typesof tortellini, depending on the size and combination of raw materials: we therefore have the very small classic tortellino for broth and the “casareccio”, a medium-sized tortellino suitable for dry dishes.
