Mortadella 15% of the total (pork, pork tripe, salt, honey, natural flavourings, pepper, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), pork 7% of the total, BREAD grated (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, salt, brewer's yeast), raw ham 4% of the total (pork, salt), hard CHEESE 3% of the total (MILK, salt, rennet), pasteurized EGGS, salt, nutmeg, pepper.

It may contain traces of clams, shellfish, nuts, fish, celery, mustard and soy.
