We offer numerous types of baked pasta, such as the most famous lasagna alla Bolognese or with vegetables lasagna, nests with ricotta, spinach and ham, and cannelloni stuffed with ricotta. Baked pastas are culinary preparations handcrafted in the Lanterna kitchen, using first choice ingredients.

Semi-finished products such as bechamel, ragù and sauces are prepared respecting traditional home recipes. The artisanal production also allows a certain flexibility in the choice of taste, so we can customize the products according to the customer's needs and create different formats able to satisfy different categories of consumers.
