Mortadella 16% of the total (pork, pork tripe, salt, honey, natural flavourings, pepper, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), pork meat 8% of the total, raw ham 6% of the total (pork meat, salt), hard CHEESE 5% of the total (MILK, salt, rennet), grated BREAD (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer's yeast, salt), pasteurized EGGS, salt, nutmeg, pepper.

It may contain traces of clams, shellfish, nuts, fish, celery, mustard and soy.
