The prince of tortellini, small and made for broth, al Turtlén (Bolognese dialect name for tortellino) has a very rich filling of pork, raw ham, Bologna mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

Filling (40%)

Mortadella 19% of the total (Pork, pork tripe, salt, honey, natural flavourings, pepper, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), pork 10% of the total (EU origin), Parmesan Reggiano DOP 7% of the total (17% of the filling) (MILK, salt, rennet), raw ham 3.5% of the total (pork, salt), EGGS > pasteurized, salt, nutmeg, pepper.

It may contain traces of clams, shellfish, nuts, fish, celery, Mustard and soy.
