Straw and hay gramigna

Gramigna is a pasta shape typical of Emilia Romagna, with a hole and a short cut, with a characteristic curl shape. In the straw and hay version it combines normal egg pasta and that with spinach powder, with a characteristic green color. It is traditionally accompanied by sauces based on sausage or Bolognese sauce, but it is suitable for all sauces with meat and tomato or cream.
