
We are kicking off a new year of trade fairs with our participation in March 2024! The 16 and 17 January We will be in Bologna for one of the most important trade fairs on the national and international scene.
Now in its twentieth year, Marca by BolognaFiere It confirms itself as an essential point of reference for creating new contacts and expanding one's business in the only event where the Modern Organised Distribution (MOD).
This year again the Foodstuffs I am the heart of the Brand, showcasing the excellence of Made in Italy for the table, but there will also be dedicated areas for Non-food, especially relating to home and personal care products, but also packaging, services, and logistics, and Thematic areas which develop themes dear to consumers such as sustainability and innovation.
In this challenging environment, we too have decided to do our part and contribute to expanding sector innovations. In fact, in addition to presenting all our ready meals and fresh pasta, this year we will take the opportunity of the fair to launch the renewed packaging for our classic Turtlèn, pioneer of the “Gourmet Collection”that we are about to launch onto the market, and to officially present the Linea Bio, aimed primarily at the European market, which favours the naturalness and quality of organic products.
The news doesn't end there. On Tuesday the 16th, we will be hosting the 'King of Puff Pastry' at our stand. Beniamino Baleotti, which will delight us with two unmissable Cooking show at 11:30 and 3 PM.
Beniamino, renowned for his extraordinary skill in the art of fresh pasta, will bring his passion and mastery to our stand, uniting his love for Bolognese cuisine and the La Lanterna brand, giving visitors a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best Italian chefs.
During the Cooking Show, Beniamino will share his secret techniques for creating exceptional dishes, using our products as a key element and discussing the history of traditional recipes with the company's founders.
