From Monday 17th to Thursday 20th October, the event returns to the Bolzano trade fair with Hotel 2022, the trade fair for the hotel and gastronomy industry.
As every year at the fair, you will be able to find the most innovative products from approximately 500 companies industry leader, 20,000 professionals of hospitality and 45-way speaker of high-level, in addition to the opportunity to participate in a rich programme side effects and to meet colleagues, suppliers, and professionals who can easily turn into excellent collaboration opportunities.
The focus of the 2022 edition will be primarily Sustainability, quality and innovation, divided into four dedicated macro-areas that will explore the following topics:
- InnovationThe most innovative companies and startups “for a better future of hospitality”. Awards, news and trends around sustainability.
- FoodRegionality, Km 0, conscious consumption and direct sales. A direct line from the field to the kitchen, between producers and restaurateurs.
- ArchitectureConstruction, renovation, landscape architecture. What is the relationship between architecture and tourism?
- DigitalisationWhat real contribution do new technologies bring to accommodation facilities? Examples of useful digitalisation for hotels and restaurants.
