To transform this brilliant idea into large-scale production, significant technical development work was necessary. Thanks to an agreement with the originator and collaboration with a local technician, a dedicated machine was designed capable of faithfully reproducing the particular shape of the Imbutini.

Today, Pastificio La Lanterna holds the’exclusive for industrial production of this extraordinary pasta format, bringing a distinctive product to market that retains all its artisan authenticity.
