From 7 to 10 May we will participate in the Food – The International Food Exhibition, the flagship event of the agri-food sector, organised, as always, thanks to the established collaboration between Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare.

This year's edition is shaping up to be truly exciting, with over 3,000 exhibitors already confirmed and more than 1500 buyer from all over the world, ready to experience the excellence of Made in Italy. And we are thrilled to be able to present our ready meals and ours fresh pasta to the industry public, with the aim of publicising ourselves and establishing new collaborations.

Cibus will indeed be a perfect opportunity to connect with potential suppliers and distributors, but also to delve into topics of development and sustainability and the future prospects of the Food & Beverage sector, which will be at the centre of many debates and round tables during the fair days.

However, the highlight of our participation will be something else: an extraordinary Showcooking guided by the celebrated chef Andrea Mainardi, scheduled for the’8 May at 11.15. With his mastery and creativity, Mainardi will transform the most genuine ingredients from the pasta factory into exquisite dishes, revealing secrets and tips for authentic and refined cuisine.
