Durum wheat semolina, Soft wheat flour type 00, Pasteurized eggs (16%, Origin Italy)

Filling

Ricotta (31%): pasteurized cow’s milk whey, Milk cream, salt, Cod (35%): northern cod  (gadus morhua) – North-Eastern Atlantic Origin, salt, Parsley, Pepper.

It may contain traces of clams, shellfish, nuts, mustard and soy.
